Refund(replacement) Term & Condition

A.      For the distributors refund(change) can be divided to termination of the contract or defective products, and other special factors refund(change) handle.

 

B. Company and distributors terminate the contract of the return policy:

1. Compulsory termination of contract return policy:  Distributors have 30 days from the date of the contract notice in written to company to termination of contract, termination of contract within 30days after accept the return of the applications, the recipient of the items returned to distributors, distributors and refund the purchase price of the items, deposit and other payment paid by company. Company refund according the paragraph distributors of payment may deduct the value attributable to the distributors of the subject goods caused by damage or loss when returning items (the relevant provisions as used in this article 3), and the purchase of the payment of a bonus to distributors. By the company repossessed return who may deduct the shipping costs required.

2. Compulsory termination of contract return policy: After the first period of the preceding article, distributors may terminate the contract at any time with written, quit MLM and request to return. After more than six months of received products, may not return. Company contract is terminated after 30days after accept the return of the applications, company will purchase with 90% of the original price. Company bought the items held by distributors in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph may be deducted from the transaction due to the payment of bonus of distributors. Company refund according the paragraph distributors of payment may deduct the value attributable to the distributors of the subject goods caused by damage or loss when returning items (the relevant provisions as used in this article 3), and the purchase of the payment of a bonus to distributors. C. Company may repurchase price will be refunded or in accordance with the following principles deduct the value of goods derogate:

1. Product has been opened, used (personal product dismantling the membrane is regarded as used), improperly stored of derogate attributable to the user, cannot return.

2. Membership kits and other products that offer kits for the entire group to sell, may return on set in new condition with free gift. For certain commodities, distributors may contain in the original set by own to apply for return.

4. Intangibility items more than six months are not allowed requested to return.
◎Example membership set:
Example: Distributors purchased VIP set 10000NT, voluntary termination contract after three months, company will detract from the value by 30% membership set:10000NT-(10000%30%)=7000NT.

5. For QS members, regardless of “QS” is being implemented or terminate, based on the relevant provisions career guide to termination of contract return policy for loss of value calculated in accordance with the above requirements.

 

D. Refund defective merchandise(change) for goods:

1. When distributors collected or received the goods, if found defective please notify administrative departments of company within 7days, company has obtained unconditional refund(change) goods, if appearance damaged packing issue, please return in new condition. Except the following situations: a. non-complete package b. vandalism c. been stored incorrectly d. information provided by the investigation untruthful

2. Company found that distributors collected or received the goods are defective, indeed failed to inform administrative departments of the company within the prescribed time, if the goods appearance complete and expire, company will accordance with the [ Distributors deliberate no refund the terms of the deal with defective items] handle.

3. For distributors for violating internal rules and regulations of the company’s operations or human factors, long-term accumulation of goods and goods appearance complete within expire date, company will accordance with the [ Distributors deliberate refund terms of flawless goods] handle.

4. Company accepted refund(change), might deduct of the product after it and its related bonus or payment, then give refund(change) goods procedures.

5. For QS member is being implemented or terminate, still accordance refund of defective goods(change) handle.

 

E. The company in writing’s distributors to participate in the conclusion of contracts, additional handle may be attributable returned distributors under the subject: If the distributor for violating the relevant laws and regulations within the company rules and government authorities of Taiwan, and the company was right releasing MLM or termination of contract offers, the company does not accept the return of the distributors.

 

F. Distributors deliberate flawless goods return policy:

(A). To suppress our distributors in violation of the company’s operations within the rules and regulations, deliberate or accumulation of goods are classified as human factors (goods appearance complete and effective period), conclude the terms.

(B)Normal refund(change):

1. The normal refund or change within 14days, except distributors voluntary terminated contract as otherwise provided.

2. Commodity over the effective date or been opened, package damage shall not require to return.

3. Get a full refund on items or set in new condition.

(C). Free gift, offer product and additional products refund(change):

1. Free gift need to be returned when purchase during promotion period.

2. Promotion products with discount price, except defective otherwise will not be accept refund or change.

3. If damage when returning gifts, company may refund and also change.

4. If free gift is defective, distributors may return items to company within 7days with receipt.

5. Additional product are not allowed to refund or change.

(D). Company accepted refund(change), might deduct of the product after it and its related bonus or payment, then give refund(change) goods procedures.
(E). After success the return procedures, company get to open a cheque to refund within 30days.

(F). For QS member to terminate contract, may base on the regulations mentioned.

 

G. For distributors refund(change) application, for the convenience of apply for programs related, please bring the relevant documents (ID, receipt and order form) to the company. Refund within 20days by cheque.

 

H. For distributors partners, company is entitled to claim the bonus and benefits at all levels of distributors.

 

I. Refund(change) shipping fee shall be borne by the distributor.
